NowoDry SB is a unique solvent based product based on siloxane and nano active substances for the care and maintenance of mineral surfaces, tiles and concrete stones. NowoDry SB is based on the very latest nanotechnology, and penetrates deeply into and actively connects to the surface, making it resistant to biological fouling. NowoDry SB can be used on both new and old materials. Cleans up the surface and pulls the original aesthetics forward. Effectively prevents moisture and water penetration in the treated surface. Application
NowoDry SB can be applied directly to surfaces younger than 1 year. If they are older, they must be thoroughly cleaned with water, mechanical or manual cleaning with a stiff broom or high pressure cleaner. Surfaces with discoloration and fouling of algae and moss are treated before and after cleaning with NowoClean and finally washed thoroughly with clean water. The same applies to heavily soiled surfaces. When the surface is visible and noticeable dry, after approx. 1 day depending on weather, wind and temperature, it is ready for treatment. NowoDry SB is applied to the new or cleaned and dry surface in a reasonable amount with a wide brush, or best a low-pressure sprayer (max 10 bar) or the like. Approximately 1 liter NowoDry SB per. 3-5 sqm., Depending on the age, nature and absorbency of the surface. An application is enough for normal surfaces, but if you wish to apply a second time, this must be done within 1 hour after the first application (wet in wet), otherwise the surface has already formed a barrier that prevents the extra application.
Recommendation: Always test a small area to ensure product compatibility with the surface. If NowoDry SB splashes onto the windows or glass of any kind, it must be wiped away immediately.
